    Returning Student Online Registration/Skyward Family Access
    • Go to csd300.com. Navigate using the Top Links (District Information -> Parents -> Skyward Family Access) and log-in using your Skyward username and password. If you cannot remember your user name and password, or never received them, you can call the CHS office @ 397.4368 to get them.
    • On the left hand side, click on the Student Info tab.
    • On the right hand side, click on Request Change for your child. Change/update any or all areas that need to be updated.

    School Of Choice Transfer Requests

    Colfax School District welcomes transfer requests from all students interested in attending Colfax schools.

    To apply, enter an electronic request in the Choice Transfer Request Portal (Choice Transfer Request Portal) or complete a Choice Transfer Request Form (available from your resident school district). If submitting a hard copy of the request form, your resident district must complete the Certification of Release by Resident District section before it is submitted to us for review.

    To ensure we do not compromise the quality of our educational programs, several factors will be considered in approving the request, including adequate staffing and enrollment capacity in the grade level and/or special programs availability and capacity. Acceptance is also contingent upon a review of student records. A transfer request from outside our district may be denied based on a student’s discipline record, academic performance or attendance record.

    In the event that an application for admission is denied, you may request an appeal to the Colfax School District Board of Directors.

    You will be notified of acceptance or denial of your Choice Transfer Application. Students remain the responsibility of the resident school district and must continue to attend school there until the effective start date of the transfer.

    Requests are approved for one-year only and must be renewed each year.
